It all started about 2 years ago. I remember the moment all too well. My gentle spirited 30 year old sister was diagnosed with a melanoma. I believe through the power of prayer and early diagnosis we caught it in time. Still wanting to tan but without the potential risk from the UV we sought the next best thing and started having spray tans. I then became concerned about the ingredients we were covering ourselves with. I began to research the ingredients from many different brands regardless of there "claims". It only took me a few minutes to decide not to use there products any more!. After thousands of hours researching and formulating I put together a solution that I believe is not only beautiful it is also safe from all things nasty and artificial. The colours do not contain synthetic food colouring and are made from natural Cacao, herbs, flower extract and camomile from mother earth. Eco Tan uses certified organics and naturals in all of our formulations. We do not compromise quality or safety for the mighty dollar. I feel like I have now finally arrived through strength not of my own, when Eco Tan made Australian History by becoming the only certified organic tan to be certified organic by the organic food chain. The OFC is an Australian organic government approved certifier. Not only are we totally natural we have over 70% Certified organics in our tans. We use no GMO or animal derivatives including petrochemicals in any of our product.
